Jack Coleman Joins Scandal in Season 3

Good news, fellow fans! It looks like we won’t have to wait too long to see Jack Coleman in a new show:

Jack Coleman is joining the cast of Scandal this upcoming season, TVGuide.com has learned.

Coleman, who has played the perennial villain in series like Heroes, Castle and The Vampire Diaries, has been tapped for a recurring role starting in October. However, details on said role are being kept under wraps.

Heroes alum Jack Coleman has been cast in a multi-episdoe arc on ABC’s  Scandal. Per Shonda Rhimes’ gag order, little is known about his character Daniel Douglas who is a charming Southerner with ties to one of the gladiators. Repped by Domain and Framework.

It looks like Jack Coleman is  in episode 13 of Burn Notice, “Reckoning”,  which is also the finale for the show.

TV Line has a spoiler on Jack Coleman’s character on Castle:

TVLINE BONUS SPOILER | Beckett’s Moby Dick — the slimy Senator Bracken (played by Jack Coleman) — “will come back,” says Katic, “though I don’t know when, and I don’t know how.”

Andrew Marlowe has hinted numerous times that The Senator would be back, but it looks like his return is official now.
